Exchange Conditions

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you find any defects or damages in the product upon receipt, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange an exchange for you.

  • Tags Intact: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, and all tags must remain intact.

  • Complete Return: For the exchange process, all items, including any gifts received, must be returned in their original packaging and safely packaged for return shipment.


Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: If you meet the exchange criteria, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product at [elements.stones@hotmail.com].

  2. Return Address: Once we confirm that your exchange request meets the criteria, we will send you the return address via email.

  3. Return Shipment: Please securely package all items and ship them back to the address provided. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send us the shipping receipt and tracking number so we can monitor the return.

  4. Member Credit for Shipping Costs: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will credit your membership account with the equivalent value of the return shipping costs, which can be used for future purchases.

  5. Exchange Processing: After processing the exchange, we will ship the new product to you as soon as possible and notify you via email.


Important Reminders

  • Regarding the Natural Characteristics of Crystals: Please note that natural crystals may contain inclusions such as cotton-like textures, ice cracks, mineral defects, minor surface flaws caused during the polishing process, and various natural defects. Additionally, individual beads in a bracelet may have slight size and colour variations. These characteristics are not eligible for exchange.

  • Color Variations: All products are photographed in natural light, but due to differences in lighting, photography equipment, and screen displays, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from the images shown. Therefore, requests for exchange due to color variation will not be accepted.

  • Ineligible Items: We cannot offer exchanges for items that do not meet the exchange criteria (e.g., items that have been used, tags removed, or products without defects or damages).

  • Final Decision: We reserve the right to make the final decision on exchange requests.
