Welcome to ELEMENTS! Before making a purchase, please take a moment to read the following important information to better understand our products and service terms.


1. Product Characteristics


  • Natural Crystal Characteristics: Our bracelets are crafted from high-quality natural crystals. Due to the complex formation process of natural crystals, each piece may have unique internal characteristics such as inclusions, ice cracks, mineral defects, minor flaws, or surface marks from the polishing process. Additionally, individual beads in a bracelet may have slight size and colour variations. These are inherent characteristics of natural crystals and are not considered defects.

  • Our charms are typically made of 14k gold-plated, 18k gold-plated, S925 silver, S999 fine silver, platinum-plated copper, or rose gold-plated copper. They are treated for enhanced color retention, are hypoallergenic, and have a bright, long-lasting shine. However, it is normal for precious metals to oxidize over time. Our polishing cloth can effectively remove oxidation and dirt from precious metals, restoring their shine and brightness.

  • Color Variations: All product images are taken in natural light; however, due to differences in lighting, photography equipment, and screen displays, the colors may vary slightly from the actual product. Please refer to the actual product for the final color. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on color variation.


2. Ordering and Payment


  • Order Processing: Once you place an order, we will process it as quickly as possible. Order processing time typically takes 1-3 business days, but may be delayed during holidays.

  • Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Billplz, TNG Pay, DuitNow QR. Your payment method will be charged at the time of order placement.


3. Exchange and Refund Policy


  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product has a significant defect or damage.

  • Exchange Process: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange. Please ensure that the product tag is still intact, and securely package all items, including any gifts, before sending them back to us. The return address will be provided upon confirmation that the item is eligible for exchange. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed as store credit to your account.


4. Delivery Policy


  • Shipping Areas: We currently offer delivery services only within West Malaysia and East Malaysia.

  • Delivery Time:

    • West Malaysia: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

    • East Malaysia: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated based on your order amount and shipping address and displayed during checkout. Some orders may qualify for free shipping; please refer to the checkout page for details.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information, allowing you to check the status of your order at any time.

  • Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses or addresses that cannot be delivered to. If an order is returned due to address issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

  • 本店的串饰通常是由14k包金、18k包金、S925银、S999足银、铜镀白金、铜镀玫瑰金制成,并经过加强保色处理,防过敏,色泽光亮,保色持久。然而,贵金属佩戴时间长了出现氧化问题属于正常现象。我们店的抛光布可以有效去除贵金属的氧化物和污垢,恢复其光泽和亮度。

  • 关于色差: 所有产品图片均为实物拍摄,但由于光线、拍摄设备和显示屏幕的不同,图片颜色可能与实物略有差异。请以实物颜色为准,因色差问题产生的退换货请求将不予受理。


2. 订购及支付


  • 订单处理: 在您下单后,我们将尽快处理您的订单。订单处理时间一般为1-3个工作日,节假日期间可能会有延迟。

  • 支付方式: 我们接受以下支付方式:Bank Transfer, Billplz, TNG Pay, DuitNow QR。订单金额将在下单时从您的支付方式中扣除。


3. 换货及退款政策


  • 不接受退货和退款: 除非商品存在明显缺陷或损坏,我们不接受任何退货和退款申请。

  • 换货流程: 如果您收到的商品存在明显缺陷或损坏,请在收到货物7天内联系我们进行换货处理。请确保商品标签未被撕掉,并将所有产品,包括所有赠品,安全打包后邮寄至我们公司。退货地址将在确认符合退货条件后提供。寄回的运费将以会员积分的形式返还到您的会员账户。


4. 配送政策


  • 配送范围: 我们目前仅提供西马和东马地区的配送服务。

  • 配送时间: 

    • 西马: 预计配送时间为2-3个工作日。

    • 东马: 预计配送时间为3-5个工作日。

  • 配送费用: 配送费用将根据您的订单金额和收货地址计算,并在结账时显示。部分订单可能享有免运费优惠,具体请参考结账页面的说明。

  • 订单跟踪: 您的订单一旦发货,我们会发送一封包含订单跟踪信息的电子邮件,您可以随时查看订单状态。

  • 责任声明: 我们对因客户提供的错误地址或无法配送到达的地址所产生的额外费用或延误不承担责任。如果订单因地址问题被退回,我们将联系您并安排重新配送,费用由客户承担。
