Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Billplz, TNG Pay, DuitNow QR. Your payment method will be charged at the time of order placement.
Pricing and Taxes: All prices are listed in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) and do not include taxes and shipping fees. You may be responsible for paying applicable taxes or duties depending on your location.
6. Exchange Policy

10. Product Descriptions and Natural Characteristics
Please be aware that our natural crystal bracelets and other products may include natural inclusions such as cotton-like textures, ice cracks, mineral defects, minor surface flaws caused during the polishing process, and various natural defects. Additionally, individual beads in a bracelet may have slight size and colour variations. These are inherent characteristics of natural crystals and are not considered defects.
Color Variations: All our products are photographed in natural light, but due to variations in lighting, photography equipment, and screen displays, the actual color of the products may differ slightly from the images shown. Please refer to the actual product for the final color.
